As a client over many years I am very happy with the service I have received , in terms of professionalism , friendliness and the ability to understand and respond to the client's needs and preferences . Just look at my scores We have been looked after brilliantly whenever we have a question we have the answer virtually right away . Tax, Vat, Wages all looked after which gives us time to do our work and not worry over all that…. brilliant 10/10 – How would you describe our performance overall?

In truth, I am very satisfied with the level of service and expertise, but some friends who also run their own business have commented that the costs are, in their opinion, quite high. Recently, having had a Tax return completed for a non-trading company, relating to friends that I was charged £150, they were unanimous in declaring their accountant would not have charged that much. I am also a little disappointed there is no physical office to visit anymore.. – How would you describe our performance overall?

Thanks for the review Phil, to clarify. The fee was £125.00 + VAT and was for submission of Dormant Accountants to Companies House, submission of Corporation tax return to HMRC, Filing of annual Confirmation Statement, dealing with emails and phone calls throughout the year and advice on business asset disposal relief. it was not just for a "Tax return completed for a non-trading company"

Excellent service. Stephen sent me a very helpful reminder that my income tax self assessment was due. I received the completed document within a couple of days with clear information on tax rebate due.
