  12. I can always trust JPS to get things right. Being able to do all the arduous tax tasks online is a huge win, and I know I can always drop in for a chat and a cup of tea if I need more advice about more complex tax issues, or advice on business in general. After eight years of great service, for both my company and with personal tax situation, I wouldn't, and don't, hesitate to recommend JPS to anyone. – How would you describe our performance overall?
